Welcome to Hellzy ("App"). This service is provided by Rockeva Teknoloji ("Company").

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hellzy. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age. Use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your username and password. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content and Moderation (Zero Tolerance)

Rockeva is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment. We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding user-generated content (UGC).

• Prohibited Behavior: Content that promotes harassment, bullying, hate speech, nudity, pornography, violence, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
• Reporting Mechanism: Users can immediately report inappropriate content or profiles using the "Report" and "Block" buttons within the App.
• Sanctions: Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Content will be removed and accounts found violating the rules will be permanently banned.

4. Intellectual Property

The App's design, logo, and code are owned by Rockeva Teknoloji. Users retain ownership of their profile content but grant Hellzy a license to use it within the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features such as Hellzy Premium are offered via Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the respective store's policies.

6. Termination

Rockeva reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete your account without prior notice if you violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Rockeva does not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or that you will find a specific match.
