Privacy & Screenshots

Our app technically prevents taking screenshots of media sent as 'view once'. However, remember that malicious individuals could take a photo of the screen with another device. Only share private content with people you truly trust.

Never Send Money

No matter how sincere they seem, never send money to someone you met online, and do not share your credit card information. Do not trust excuses like 'Emergency', 'Ticket money', or 'Investment advice'.

Meeting in Real Life

Always have first dates in crowded and public places. Organize your own transportation. Tell a trusted friend your location and who you are meeting before you go.

Scams and Fake Profiles

Be wary of people who want to move to WhatsApp or another platform immediately, constantly make excuses, or have inconsistent stories. Please report suspicious profiles to us.

Protect Personal Info

Never share sensitive information like your ID number, home address, or exact workplace address in your profile or first messages. Rockeva will never ask for your password.

Report & Block

You can immediately block and report anyone who harasses, threatens, or shares inappropriate content. Your reports are kept 100% confidential and reviewed by our team 24/7.

Child Safety and CSAM Policy

At Rockeva ("App"), we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The safety of children is a legal obligation and our most important moral priority.

Strict Age Limit Rockeva is strictly for adult users aged 18 and over. The use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and accounts will be immediately closed upon detection.

Our Policies and Commitments

  1. Content Ban: Sharing, hosting, or distributing any content (images, videos, text, livestreams) within the App that depicts children as sexual objects, exploits, or endangers them is never permitted.
  2. Detection and Moderation: We proactively scan the platform using AI-powered image recognition tools and our 24/7 human moderation team to instantly detect such illegal content.
  3. Reporting and Legal Cooperation: When we detect CSAM content, we remove the content within seconds, permanently ban the relevant user account, and immediately report the situation to the necessary national and international law enforcement agencies (e.g., NCMEC).
  4. User Notification: We believe in the power of our community. We encourage our users to report suspicious profiles or content to us using the "Report" feature within the app. Such reports are reviewed with the highest priority.
