Hellzy (hereinafter "App") is a mobile application developed and operated by Rockeva Teknoloji ("Rockeva", "We"). Your privacy is our top priority.

• Profile Data: Photos, bio, interests.
• Communication: Correspondence with our support team.

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, IP address, Advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID).
• Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect your precise location to show people nearby.
• Usage Data: Interactions, swipes, session time.

2. Use of Information

We use your data to:

• Operate the matching algorithm and suggest suitable candidates.
• Ensure user safety and prevent fake accounts.
• Improve service quality and resolve technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted partners to provide App infrastructure:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, analytics, database.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management.
• Google AdMob (if applicable): Ad display.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (Right to Delete Account)

Your personal data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the service.

How to Delete Your Account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data within the Hellzy app:

1. Open the App and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open the Settings menu.
3. Under the Account section, tap "Delete Account".

This action is irreversible and all your matches, messages, and photos will be permanently deleted. Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing privacy@rockeva.com.
